Jo Lindner was a German bodybuilder fitness model and social media personality who became famous for the fitness-related tips tricks and routines he shared on his Instagram account. Jo died aged 30 in June 2023, due to an aneurysm. The day before his death, he had pain throughout his neck. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed his death by posting it on Instagram. His then girlfriend Nicha was also on the same page.
