Dwayne is the lead pastor for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. The church is a member on the board for the Acts 29 Network and he is also the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits on the committee of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
